SCHOOL GROUP VISITS
Visiting a working gallery in-person is an unvaluable experience for students of Visual Art. Practice responding to artworks in-situ with your students, discuss the conventions of presenting finished artworks, and help students inform their making back in the classroom.
All school group visits must be booked 6 weeks in advance, guided or self-guided.
Guided tours are limited to 15 students per group. Why not combine a guided tour with a self-guided building history tour?
Monday and Tuesday are allocated days for school group tours, although you may visit the gallery anytime during our opening hours.
We offer 1-hour tours of our major survey exhibitions including;
South West Art Now
Bunbury Bienale
Noongar Country
Iluka Visions
Minor exhibitions may be toured upon request. See what is on at the gallery viewing our current exhibitions.
Tours may be combined with a workshop in the BRAG studio, please get in contact if you are interested in a workshop.

PROFESSIONAL LEARNING
We offer a range of professional development opportunities for teachers in The Arts discipline.
Iluka Visions Arts Educator Professional Development
Held annually in late September or early October, this program is specifically tailored to teachers in the Visual Art discipline with a focus on cross-curriculum priorities as they pertain to the arts industry.
Adult workshops
BRAG hosts exhibiting artist workshops in our on-site studio throughout the year. Usually held on the weekends, as per artist availability, they provide a fantastic opportunity for hands-on skill development.
Artist and Curator talks
In-person talks from exhibiting artists and curators provide opportunities to engage directly with the creative teams involved in our exhibitions at BRAG.
